Benefits of Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner

Last updated:

Interested in a New Industrial Kitchen Cleaning Solution? If so, check out Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner. This alkaline solution, whose main ingredient is oligomeric D-glucopyranose (0.1%-1% by weight), effectively removes oil, grease, carbon stain, tar, and burnt food remnants from ovens, grills, stoves, and other kitchen surfaces. It has particularly proven to be successful at cleaning and degreasing these types of surfaces in Chinese restaurants.

How to Use Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner

To use Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner, simply follow these steps:

  1. First, because Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner is highly concentrated, it must be diluted before applying. Dilute to a concentration of 1:100 with hot water.
  2. Then, use a sponge or a low-pressure sprayer to apply the diluted solution to the desired surface. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Next, wipe the solution off of the surface with a sponge or cloth. Rinse well with potable water.
  4. For severe messes and stains, Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner can be applied a second time. It should then be wiped off with steel wool or an abrasive pad and rinsed with potable water.

Additionally, Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner should not be applied to hot surfaces, anodized aluminum, or polished aluminum. It also should not be permitted to dry on surfaces before rinsing off. Finally, the user should refer to Tidal Oven & Grill Cleaner’s Safety Data Sheet for detailed safety instructions. Because it is an extremely alkaline cleaner with a pH ? 13, it is very important to understand how to safely use and store this product.
