Fluorinated heat transfer fluids are among the most expensive in the chemical industry. Commonly associated with single phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry these materials are well-suited to a variety of semiconductor manufacturing heat transfer applications, such as etchers, ion implanters and testers.

Other safe heat transfer media for demanding applications including:

Applications consist of component immersion, wafer etching, ion implantation, radar equipment, transformers, power supplies, UF6production, chillers, cooling towers, and freeze dryers.
