Its primary ingredient is oligomeric D-glucopyranose (0.1%-1% by weight), and it is a caustic detergent that effectively removes carbon, grease, and other types of dirt and grime from off-road machineries such as dozers, scrapers, backhoes, and front-end loaders. Rough & Tough Cleaner can also be utilized as a pre-cleaning solution that cleanses and prepares surfaces prior to painting.
How to Use Rough & Tough Cleaner
Rough & Tough Cleaner is a highly concentrated solution, so it must be diluted to a ratio of 1:60 to 1:100 before use. It can then be used in a pump-up sprayer at a concentration of 1:1 or a post-pump chemical injector at a concentration of 1:4.
Before applying Rough & Tough Cleaner to an entire surface, spot test on a small area of the surface. After applying the Rough & Tough Cleaner, rinse the surface well, and do not allow it to dry on the surface. Finally, for best results, use this cleaner in conjunction with hot water or steam.
