The Benefits of Tidal Graffiti Remover

Definition of Tidal Graffiti Remover

Looking to remove graffiti? Tidal Graffiti Remover is the perfect product system for you! It consists of two components: Component 1 is an acidic solution that primarily consists of a proprietary surfactant blend, 2-butoxyethanol, and methyl ester from soybean oil; and Component 2 is an alkaline solution that primarily consists of morpholine, caustic potash, and ethoxylated nonylphenol. These two components work together to expel spray-painted graffiti from a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Features of Tidal Graffiti Remover

  • Self-neutralizing
  • Low flammability
  • Low instability
  • Can be applied to porous, non-porous, coated, and uncoated surfaces
  • Safe to use in wet, dry, hot, and cold environments
  • Sold in a 2×1-gallon kit and a 2×2.5-gallon kit

Removing Graffiti with Tidal Graffiti Remover

To remove graffiti with Tidal Graffiti Remover, first read over its Safety Data Sheet for pertinent safety information, such as the personal protective equipment that should be worn while working with this product and how the product should be handled and stored. Then, before applying Tidal Graffiti Remover to the desired surface, spot test both components on a small area of the surface.

Apply Component 1 to the surface using a low-pressure pump-up sprayer or a brush. Component 2 should be administered in the same fashion as Component 1 immediately after the application of Component 1, unless cleaning an indoor or painted surface. Allow the two components to sit for 5-10 minutes. Then, use a high-pressure washer and hot water to rinse the surface. If cleaning an indoor surface, simply wipe the cleaning solutions off.

Stubborn spray paint may necessitate a second or third application of Tidal Graffiti Remover. In these cases, administer both of the components for a second or third round following the instructions outlined above.
