Soft Wash Chemicals

What are soft wash chemicals? As the term implies, soft wash chemicals are the necessary component in soft washing that  allows you to perform the comparably easier task of surface cleaning than by non-chemical  pressure or power washing techniques.

Soft wash chemicals are by design, a combination of Sodium Hypochlorite (the chemical  name for bleach), water, and surfactants. A surfactant is a word that is a combination of three words: “Surface”, “acting” and “agent”. A surfactant needs to be powerful enough to make sure that the objects to be cleaned can stick to the chemical blend. Bleach is great for  cleaning the surfaces of mold and bacteria but sometimes can leave the harder debris on the surface, hence where the surfactant comes into play.

There are many and varied combinations available across the wider market and Ecolink is a sought-after provider because of our green initiatives and eco-friendly outlook.
