Top 3 Electrical Cleaning Solvents to Extend Equipment Life

Positron  

Positron is a dielectric solvent used for cleaning oil and carbon from multiple electrical and mechanical components. This safe and easy-to-use electrical cleaning solution is an environmentally preferred alternative to 1,1,1 trichloroethane and CFC-113-composed cleaners. The high-purity mixture can be sprayed or wiped on the desired surface. Several other benefits of Positron include:  

  • Non-toxic  
  • No oxidizers  
  • Extremely low residue  
  • No hazardous fumes  
  • Moderate evaporation  
  • No moisture condensation  
  • Fairly aggressive

Electron  

Electron is a dielectric solvent and degreaser that can eliminate grease and organic resins safely from different types of electrical equipment. The mixture is created without chlorinated solvents or other hazardous ingredients, and it does not damage nearly all rubber and plastic surfaces. Electrons can be sprayed or used in filtered or unfiltered parts washers. Many other benefits include:

  • Does not consist of OSHA PEL or ACGIH TLV listed ingredients   

QED

QED is a hand wipe solvent and degreaser containing a base of unique high-grade hydrocarbon distillate that can be safely utilized on various electrical machinery. This strong solution can abolish fuel and grease. Spray or wipe the mixture on surfaces to cleanse surfaces. A variety of benefits include the following:
