Benefits of Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser

What Is Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser a Butyl Degreaser?

Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser is a butyl degreaser industrial cleaning solution mainly composed of 2-butoxyethanol (10%-20% by weight), xylene sulfonic acid/sodium salt, sodium hydroxide (both 5%-10% by weight), disodium oxosilanediolate (1%-5% by weight), and oligomeric D-glucopyranose (0.1%-1% by weight). It is formulated to expel dirt, grease, oil, and mold from road equipment such as cranes, lifts, draglines, and bulldozers, as well as other hard surfaces like buildings, trucks, and trailers.

Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser can also be employed to clean heating coils. Its corrosion inhibitors and water softeners work to remove scale and rust buildup.

How Do I Apply Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser?

Applying Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser is easy! First, read over its Safety Data Sheet for full safety instructions. Then, dilute Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser to a concentration between 1 part water:5 parts cleaner to 1 part cleaner:50 parts water, depending on the amount of soil on the surface to be cleaned. Due to the highly concentrated nature of Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser, it should be spot tested on a small portion of the surface before applying to the entire surface.

Once it has been spot tested, apply the cleaner to the desired surface using a power washer. Finally, rinse well. Do not allow Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser to dry on the surface to which it has been applied before rinsing. Additionally, it is important to note that concentrations higher than 1 part cleaner:15 parts water are too harsh for painted surfaces; they should only be used on painted surfaces when cleansing them before repainting.

Why Should I Purchase Industrial Butyl Degreasers?

Wondering what makes Tidal MAX Industrial Degreaser better than other commercial degreasing products? For starters, it possesses the following advantages:

  • Low instability
  • Sold in three bulk sizes
  • Industrial strength
  • Can be used with hot water or cold water
  • Works well when utilized in conjunction with power washers
