What are the terms for standard customer pricing?
- $600 minimum product order or 2 cases where applicable
- Additional charges for pallets and CERTs (domestic and international)
What are the payment terms?
Prefer credit card for orders under $5,000; true Net 30 terms available after 3 annual orders totaling $25,000 or more.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, IMPAC, and Government Credit Cards), Account, or Electronic Payment (EDI, EFT, and ACH).
How do I establish an account?
Provide bank and 3 trade references, or D&B number and rating, along with Tax Exempt Certificate (if applicable).
What is the delivery schedule for stocked items?
Standard delivery in 3 to 4 business days after receipt of order; expedited delivery next day for orders received before 11:00 a.m. EST.
What are your freight guidelines?
We use our own carriers due to negotiated rates, timely shipping, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reliability. Non-Ecolink carriers incur a $180 scheduling and processing fee.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A $150 cancellation fee and the merchant service fee amount will be collected for any canceled orders.
